Quick questions, straight answers

Book as early as you can for standing daily runs, since the same bay and driver are reserved in order. A one off shuttle can usually be placed 48 hours ahead, and airport transfers can be added as close as the evening before when a charged shuttle is free. Corporate accounts carry a priority line that lets an operations manager add a same week rydz more easily than walk-in bookings.

Yes. Each airport transfer rydz is booked with the flight number, and dispatch watches the arrival board. If the plane lands late the shuttle holds on the plug and the pickup window slides with the real arrival, so nobody returns from a trip to find the driver gone. Please still share the flight number when you book so the holding logic has the right tail to follow.

One onboarding call opens the account with EV RYDZ LLC, and from then every employee requests rides through the same line with one monthly invoice. The account covers daily shuttle runs, airport pickups, moves between sites and backup rydz, and it holds a shared priority flag plus a small reserve of charged shuttles when the depot is busy. Budgets stay level because charge is folded into a single averaged rate per trip.
