Our agreement with you
These Terms of Service form the agreement that stands between you and EV RYDZ LLC whenever you book a shuttle, open a transport account, request a fleet run, or use the EVRydz website. By making a booking, sending a request to update@evrydz.mom, or calling +17655718978 and placing an order, you agree to these terms in their latest form. If you act for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to this agreement.
Please read these terms carefully before you book. They set out what we promise to deliver, what we expect from passengers and account holders, how payment works, and where responsibility falls when something goes wrong. If any line is unclear, contact the dispatch office before you book rather than discovering it halfway through a journey.
Who provides the service
The transport and fleet services described on this website are supplied and operated by EV RYDZ LLC, a limited liability company located at 336 N 3325 W, Cedar City - 84720-8110, United States (US). The online booking platform, website content and digital dispatch tools were developed by EVRydz, which also serves as the technical operator of the reservation pages a rider uses.
Regardless of which team answers a particular email, the contractual party for every ride and every corporate account is EV RYDZ LLC. That company owns the fleet agreements, issues the invoices, carries the liability that the law places on providers of passenger transport, and is the point of contact for billing and service questions. References in these terms to the Company, the provider, the Depot or EV RYDZ LLC all mean that same legal entity.
Making a booking
A booking is a firm request for transport at a stated place and time. You can make one through the contact form on this site, by email to update@evrydz.mom, through a corporate account, or by calling the ready room on +17655718978. Your booking becomes effective at the moment we confirm it, and confirmation is always sent in writing by email, never assumed from a silent page load.
When you book, give us accurate details: the correct pickup address, the real number of riders, the destination, the date and the time. A booking built on the wrong address or the wrong headcount may not be met as planned, and the passenger bears the fair cost of any correction. If you need a child car seat, extra luggage space or a wheelchair accessible shuttle, say so at booking so we can assign a suitable vehicle rather than discover the need at the curb.
Rates, quotes and payment
Prices are set at the time of booking and confirmed in writing with the quote. A single ride quote covers the route, the headcount and the window you gave us, and we will tell you in advance if a change to any of those raises the rate. Corporate accounts receive an agreed schedule of rates at onboarding, which stays fixed for the term of the account unless we give written notice of a change.
Payment for a one off ride is taken by the secure payment method arranged at booking. Corporate accounts are settled by invoice, generally within thirty days of the invoice date, unless the account agreement states otherwise. Taxes, surcharges and any lawful airport fees are shown before you pay or itemized on the invoice. If a payment is declined or an invoice runs late, the provider may pause further bookings until the balance is cleared, as set out in the billing schedule we provide.
Cancellations and changes
Life changes a journey, and we keep cancellation simple and fair. Cancel a single shuttle or transfer more than twenty four hours before the pickup for a full refund of the fare. Inside that window a short notice fee may apply, because the vehicle and driver are already scheduled and a standby passenger could have used the seat. Details of that fee are shown in your confirmation before you agree to it.
Changes to an existing booking, such as a new time or a new address, should be sent to the office as early as you can. We will confirm whether the change keeps the same rate or brings a small adjustment. Where you amend a booking and the amendment creates a second trip that cannot fill the first, the change may be treated as a cancellation plus a new booking. We never keep a fee if we ourselves cancel a service you paid for, and we return the fare promptly.
Corporate transport accounts
A corporate transport account is a managed agreement between EV RYDZ LLC and a business or other organization. Through it, an organization books daily shuttles, airport pickups, inter site moves and pool rydz for its people, on one billing line and one priority flag. A named account manager at the organization authorizes bookings, and the provider holds that manager as the point of contact for changes and settlement.
Each corporate account carries a monthly invoice that groups trips by department or project where the manager asks for that detail. Charge is averaged into a single rate per trip so budgets stay predictable. The account may hold a reserve of charged vehicles for busy periods, and repeated no shows, dangerous conduct or unpaid invoices give the provider the right to suspend or close the account on reasonable written notice. Accounts are settled in line with the onboarding schedule agreed at the start.
Passenger rules and conduct
A shuttle is a shared, moving space and every passenger agrees to behave safely within it. Riders must wear any seat belt provided, keep feet and bags out of aisles and doorways, follow the lawful direction of the driver, and remain seated while the vehicle is in motion. Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup point at the booked time.
The provider may refuse or end a journey without refund if a passenger is violent, threatening, intoxicated to the point of risk, smoking or vaping, carrying an unlawful item, or otherwise placing the driver or other riders in danger. A passenger moves at their own risk when they ignore a seat belt rule or a driver instruction. Passengers under the age of eight use an appropriate child seat supplied on request at booking, and we cannot accept an infant on an unauthorized lap in a seat that does not permit it.
Baggage and property
Each shuttle has a defined luggage capacity that matches the number of seats. Carry small bags and personal items with you on board. Larger items, sports gear, strollers and folding wheelchairs travel in the storage bay and are loaded by crew where practical. Tell us at booking if you carry bulky or unusually heavy equipment so we can confirm the vehicle can take it, and be ready to sign a waiver for fragile or high value items we place at your choice.
The provider takes reasonable care of baggage in the storage bay but asks that passengers keep valuables, documents and medication on their person. Items left behind on a shuttle are logged and held at the depot for a short period; the owner may reclaim a found item by describing it and proving ownership, and any lawful handling or courier cost is the owner responsibility. Unclaimed items are dealt with in line with local rules after the hold period ends.
Airport transfer terms
Airport transfer rydz are timed against real flight movements. When you book, you give the flight number and the provider watches the arrival board so the shuttle waits through a delay rather than leaving early. The provider holds the pickup window open past the scheduled time to match the actual landing, subject to genuine operational limits that we will always explain by message if they arise.
A traveler who misses a pickup is asked to contact the ready room as soon as they are at the agreed lane. Where a shuttle has already collected other passengers we may ask the traveler to join a later vehicle at no extra charge if capacity allows, or to rebook. Meet and greet pickups at an arrival gate are a named add on and are considered fulfilled once the driver is present with the printed sign at the arranged meeting point.
Event and group bookings
Event group rydz move a crowd on a shared schedule, and the contract for the event sits with the organizer who places the file. The organizer gives the provider a working programme, venue map and headcount, and the provider builds a shuttle loop around them. A final rider count and pickup list are agreed in writing before the event so the right number of vehicles arrives, and the organizer meets a stated minimum booking to confirm the event rate.
The organizer is responsible for passing safety rules to its group and for keeping loading lanes clear on the day. Where an event runs later than the agreed plan, additional hours are billable at the agreed hourly rate, and a second day of service is a new booking. Payment for an event settles as a single group invoice after the last guest is collected, against the credit terms confirmed before the day.
Charging and operational limits
As an electric fleet we are honest about the battery. Every booked rydz is planned so the assigned shuttle has enough charge for the route plus a safe reserve, and the plan is built on the charger points we have mapped. Very cold weather, heavy traffic or an unusually long diversion may reduce range, and where that happens we re-route to a stop we hold on the charging sheet rather than risk a flat shuttle on the road.
If a planned charging stop is genuinely unavailable at the time of travel, the provider reserves the right to adjust a long journey, to bring a relief vehicle, or to reschedule within a reasonable window. These measures are ordinary operational control and do not release you from payment where the service was substantially delivered. We publish realistic arrival windows because a charging stop belongs to the route, and we build that buffer into the time we quote you.
Driver management services
Where EV RYDZ LLC supplies driver management among the fleet services, the line between provider and client is drawn clearly. For a client that owns a vehicle, the provider may recruit, screen, roster and supervise drivers who operate that vehicle, with each driver covered as a staff member of the provider so the client does not carry payroll duties it does not want.
Background checks, driving record reviews and familiarization rides are completed before a driver is released solo, and the ready room holds the shift sheet for every driver on duty. Drivers supplied under this service follow the route and safety instructions of the operating client in the same way they follow dispatch, but ultimate oversight of licensing and hours rests with the provider while a driver is its staff. The exact duties and boundaries of each assignment are agreed in writing before billing begins.
Your promises to us
Every passenger and every account holder makes a few straightforward promises in return for the service. You promise that the details you give at booking are accurate and current, that the person making the booking has the right to do so, that you will pay the agreed fare or invoice on time, and that you will follow the safety rules in Section 7 throughout your journey.
You promise not to use the EVRydz website or booking tools to send false requests, to interfere with the operation of the platform, or to misuse another person information. Where you act for an organization you promise that you are authorized to bind that organization, and that the contact details you provide for the account belong to a person who accepts service and invoices on its behalf. These promises give both sides a clean, trustworthy basis to trade on.
Liability and responsibility
The provider operates to a professional safety standard and is responsible where it fails you through its own fault, including a shuttle that does not arrive with reasonable notice, or an injury caused by the negligence of its crew. Claims must be raised in writing within a reasonable time and supported by the facts of the booking so the record can be checked honestly.
Where the law allows, the provider does not accept liability for the indirect or consequential loss that follows a missed meeting or a lost business opportunity beyond the direct value of the affected booking. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law does not allow a provider to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The passenger also accepts fair responsibility for their own conduct, including damage they cause to a vehicle.
Our rights to pause or refuse
The provider keeps reasonable control of its own operations. We may refuse a booking, suspend an account or stop a journey where a passenger or account holder breaks these terms, poses a safety risk, or fails to settle a genuine and overdue debt after notice. Each of these decisions is made on the facts and can be challenged through the dispatch desk at update@evrydz.mom or +17655718978.
We may also need to pause part of a service for reasons beyond our control, such as severe weather, a road closure, a charger outage or a mechanical fault. In those cases we will tell you as soon as we can, offer a practical alternative where one exists, and refund an affected single fare you have paid where the service truly cannot be delivered. An operational pause is never an excuse for poor planning, and where our own short notice caused it, we put the booking right at our cost.
Intellectual property
The EVRydz platform, including its text, design, artwork, wordmarks and the software behind the booking and dispatch tools, is the property of EV RYDZ LLC and of EVRydz as the developer, protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property law. Nothing in booking or using the service transfers any ownership of that material to you.
You may read and print these pages for your own lawful use and may share a link to this agreement. You may not copy large portions of the site for commercial reuse, imitate the EVRydz brand to pass off your own service, scrape content to run another platform, or reverse engineer the booking tools. If you write about the service and name the provider, please do so accurately and without pretending our material is your own.
Unacceptable use of the platform
The booking tools are a working desk, not a bulletin board. Unacceptable use includes sending fraudulent bookings you never intend to take, submitting repeated false cancellations, attempting to access another person account or records, testing the site with automated scripts that disturb service for others, or using the platform to send abuse, spam or misleading requests to the dispatch team.
Unacceptable use may also flow from the physical side of the service, such as a rider using a booked shuttle for an unlawful purpose or a corporate account collecting group traffic that was never booked. Where we find such use we may refuse further service, close an account on notice and, where the law requires, report the matter to the authorities. We aim always to resolve these matters by a fair conversation first.
Governing law and disputes
The laws of the State of Utah and the federal law of the United States govern this agreement and its interpretation, because EV RYDZ LLC is located at 336 N 3325 W, Cedar City, Utah and supplies its service from there. Any dispute rising out of these terms or a booking will first be raised in writing with the provider in good faith so the parties can reach a fair answer without a courtroom.
Where a dispute cannot be settled by discussion, it will be resolved in the courts of the State of Utah, in the county where the provider maintains its place of business. You and the provider both agree to that venue for disputes under these terms. The failure of the provider to enforce any part of these terms at one moment does not waive the right to enforce it later, and if a court finds one line invalid, the rest of the terms stand with the invalid part severed.
Changes and notice
The fleet service and its agreement will both evolve. The provider may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect a change in the fleet, a new rule of law or an improvement in the service, and the current version sits on this page at all times. Material changes that affect an existing booking or a live account will be drawn to the attention of the account holder in the way the provider normally communicates.
Continuing to book or to use the EVRydz platform after a change to these terms tells the provider that you accept the updated agreement. Bookings placed before a change remain governed by the earlier terms unless the change is required by law, in which case the law applies on its own. If you do not accept a revised term that touches a future booking, simply stop placing new bookings and settle any open balance under the terms that already stand.
